I've been really lucky these past few weeks with my finds and these are probably things you already have lying around the house.
My 1st PW gift is a repurposed serving tray. (seen on top of my $5 garage sale dresser) the tray was $1
I sprayed her with Krylon metallic spray paint
slapped on some vinyl lettering that I picked up at the Dollar tree- leaving the Y kinda funky and out of place cause...let's face it - no family is perfect.
and here she sits with her $5 dresser as decor - for under $3. Who wouldn't love a fun and homemade gift like that?
My next project involved old framed "corky" from the office. I picked this one up at Walmart for $3 some time back
Frame from garage sale $2
added scrap fabric to cork, framed it, hot glued a bow and button to it
even added old brass hardware from some scrap stuff in the garage
made me a hanger from some of the leftover fabric and hung it back in the office. What co-worker or neighbor wouldn't appreciate a homemade gift like this? Cost with scraps $5

The tray looks very pretty, and the dresser is awesome too!
Wow, I love both of those projects! I'd be thrilled to get either one of them. Nicely done!
I am in love. That little hardware was just the right touch. You certainly have gotten into refabbing. Is your whole house completely different than from a year ago?

That Family tray is cute and I love that you intentionally did the Y funky. Also love that fab mirror you have! Have a good weekend...
Your cork board is even cuter than mine! LOVE IT! Mine is almost too small to be functional. Yours is so useful.
