What are some really interesting Psychological Disorders that occur today?

For my class, we have a free topic to do it on anything that we want to do a presentation on and Im interested in psychology and I would like to do a project on a disorder that is out of this world and is very interesting. I have done a project on synesthisia recently. So something down that line, where its new and isn’t very common or known.

To be honest, I think the most interesting mental disorders deal with psychosis. Psychosis is not just limited to Schizophrenia.
